I liked Mya so well I
decided to buy Westwind BTU Crown Prince Git R Dun. He is a half brother to Mya.
They have the same sire. I really would like to thank Karen Wales of Westwind
Miniature horses for letting me
buy this gelding. All of the Boones Little Crown Prince foals has the same
look, the look of a champion. Dunner's sire (Boones Little BTU Crown Prince) has sired
9 Hall of Fame
foals also.
Dunner's dam Westwinds Little Bit O Honey has a Hall of Fame
Daughter ( Westwind Dark N Debonaire) and with Dunner getting his that makes her a
superior dam. She herself has earned enough points to have a Hall Of Fame in
halter.
Dunner is heavy bred Buckeroo. He has Little King Buck Echo, IMA Boones Little Buckeroo Too
and Buckeroo Top Cat that makes him triple

He was shown by Karen Wales in Illinois the summer of 2006. I would like to thank Karen for showing Dunner the rest of the summer for me. In 2006 Dunner won 2 Supreme Champions. He also won Grand and Reserve champions that year. Dunner has shown very well this year.
Dunner has a lot of style and he really lifts his feet up naturally. He also has a high head set, so when I started driving Dunner I put him in pleasure driving because there was not as many horses in that division. He went on to win a HOF in this division. In 2017 I went on to win a silver HOF with him. Well in between we went on to win a HOF in country pleasure driving. This year Dunner will be shown in Country Pleasure Driving. We also showed him in Obstacle. He has also won his silver HOF in obstacle. This show season I will be working on getting my first gold HOF in Obstacles with him.. He is great doing driving Obstacles because he has a layback disposition. He also can jump which will make him an all round horse. He really likes to work. Dunner is a very willing. This makes him a pleasure to work with.
Dunner is such a sweet heart that the youth were asking if they could show him. He has also helped children that have not showed before winning showmanship class with his help after a few pointers that I gave them . The kids love taking him and Lucky for a walks at shows and helping to get him ready for his showmanship class. He has also helped kids learned to do obstacle because he is trained to do all of the things that are required to do for obstacles.
Dunner has had a great show career. In 2013 He won the Triple A Amateur Advantage High Point Amateur Miniature Performance Division. He has won 8 HOF awards so far. With his help I have won lots of top Amateur awards at the shows we have attended with him. I have also won lots of high point year end awards at the local clubs. He has a lot of all star awards also. I wished I was younger I would love to drive him at the National show. I'm so proud of what Dunner has accomplished in his life. I have done all of his training that makes it all the more special of what he has done in his life.
In 2021 I decided to retire Dunner. He has won and accomplished so much for me in his show career. He has done and gave me 100% every time I have asked him to do something. He has been loved by a lot of people and kids. He won me a total 8 HOF awards 2 of them were silver and 1 was a gold. One of my goals was for Dunner to win me a gold HOF and he did it for me.
His life has changed but not ended. He will continue to help kids and adults get to feel what it feels like to drive a champion pony. He will also help kids and adults with learning how to teach their ponies how to do obstacles. During the summer he is kept real busy doing these things which he loves.

We got Jake because I want a B size Miniature
pony. Jake's grandfather, Ima Boones Little Buckeroo Too, it is the same
Dunner's and Mya's . Because Mya and Dunner was so easy to train, I thought this
colt would have the same disposition because of there bloodlines were the same.
For this reason when I had the chance to buy Jake I did. We will be showing
Jake in Halter and performance classes. We knew when we showed him for the first
time. He would be a champion . He won 3 Jr. Champion and 3 Reserve over all
Champion. Jake is a people pony. I have trained him for things that he would
need to use in obstacle and driving. I put a tarp all over him and he didn't bat
an eye. He seems to have a want to please altitude which makes him easy to train
to drive. He took to driving like a duck takes to water. I drove him in roadster
cart the first time I drove him at a show. He did very well. We also showed in
in obstacle classes also. My sister showed him in showmanship and he did very
well for her. Jake was able to win HOF awards in Halter, Pleasure driving and
obstacle. and lots of All-Star awards (which I have listed at the end) while we
were showing him.
I was able to get Jake back in 2020. We have retired him from showing at this time. It seemed he really stressed out at a show if he could not see a friend. Right now we are just driving him around the farm. We might bring him back in a year or so. It will depend on him. In his show career he won 3 HOF awards plus lots of other awards for me.

friend of Karen’s was interested in Topper, so we went to drive him to see if he
would work
for her. For some reason she decided not to buy him. So we talked about it and
decided I would buy him for me. I had lost Arrow and then Kona was having health
problems, so I quite driving him. He is a nice horse and will last until Karen
gets me another one trained. So I am learning about him and he is learning about
me. Because of his age, 20 years, we thought it would better if we didn't show
him at shows. We decided it would not be good for him to put the pressure
of training him to show at shows. We feel that he will be ok for me to drive for
my pleasure when I visit Karen.
Here is a
picture of me driving him. I do enjoy driving him. He is such a gentleman. There
is no pressure on me or him, it is just plain fun. I did show him in Western
Pleasure at the Snake River Horse Show last year. We got 2nds and 3rd so we did well.
